Karen has worked as Integrity Therapy Group’s Office Manager since its opening in August of 2004. She has worked in the field of physical therapy for over 40 years ranging from physical therapy aide, physical therapy receptionist, and manager for physical therapy departments in various settings. She has over 25 years of experience in the management of physical therapy and is versed in coding, insurance benefits, Medicare, Blue Cross guidelines, and compliance. She earned a certificate in Human Resources in 2008 from the University of North Alabama. Karen has dealt extensively with workman’s compensation, case workers, and insurance adjusters. She continues to keep up to date on changes in insurance issues routinely by attending courses and seminars. Karen is married to Danny and has 3 wonderful children. She loves Alabama football and enjoys many types of crafts as a hobby, along with spending time with family and friends as much as possible She always has our patients’ best interests at heart, is easy to talk to, and is willing to help.
