Greg Miles

Greg Miles, MSPT

MASTER OF SCIENCE PHYSICAL THERAPY

Greg graduated from Haleyville High School in 1974. He attended NWJC in Phil Campbell and received his Associate of Science degree, and then transferred to UNA to graduate with his BS in 1978.

He majored in biology and had a double minor in psychology and chemistry. He worked as a biologist assistant at TVA for 2 years and then entered the Physical Therapy program at UAB in 1980. He graduated with his MSPT degree in August of 1982, and worked at Carraway Hospital in Birmingham until 1983, and then moved to Florence to begin his career at Florence Hospital.

He was the director of physical therapy until 1995, and then went to work at ECM hospital as the assistant director of PT. 

Part of his duties included manager at the Mitchell Hollingsworth rehab facility. Greg worked part time for Mid South Home Health Agency for 20 years plus, and then was led to open Integrity Therapy Group outpatient physical therapy in August of 2004.

He has earned his certification in dry needling and has also earned his certification in LSVT BIG Parkinson’s program. His education also includes an emphasis in functional capacity testing as well as impairment ratings, and job analysis. He is married to his wife of 46 years, has 3 children, and 7 grandchildren. He enjoys reading and spending time with his grandchildren.

Louann Schrock

Louann Schrock graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1996 with her B.S. degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, she has made Florence, AL her home. She has worked in various settings including hospital and outpatient clinics. She utilizes her skills with a number of patient needs including benign vertigo, balance/neurological disorders, general weakness, spine, and surgical/non-surgical orthopedic issues. She is also LSVT BIG certified to assist her Parkinson’s patients in achieving their optimal mobility and function. She would love to evaluate and devise a personalized treatment plan to assist you in achieving your goals.

REGISTERED PHYSICAL THERAPIST

In addition to her extensive experience and certifications, Louann Schrock is known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach to physical therapy. She believes in the importance of building strong relationships with her patients, understanding their unique challenges and goals, and tailoring treatment plans that not only address their physical needs but also provide emotional support throughout the rehabilitation process. Louann is deeply committed to helping her patients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. Her dedication to her profession and her community in Florence, AL, has made her a trusted and respected figure in the field of physical therapy.

Anna Smith

Anna Smith, LPTA

LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

Anna was born and raised in Muscle Shoals. She is a 2012 graduate of Calhoun Community College with an Associate’s Degree as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has practiced physical therapy for 11 years in the Shoals area. She has been part of the Integrity Therapy Group since 2014, and continues to learn from her co-workers that are more like family. Since beginning her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she has had the opportunity to work in different therapy settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Clinics. 

Over the years, she has been blessed to be able to work with different patients of all ages, with focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, stroke, and sport injuries. She is married to her husband, Kade, and they have two boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, going out on the lake and the beach, and watching her boys play sports! Anna feels that God placed her in this career to be able to help people reach goals that they feel are unattainable.

Belinda Hennigan

Belinda Hennigan is a 1989 graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has been working as an LPTA for 34 years.

She has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings, including hospitals, nursing home rehabilitation, pool therapy, and private practice. She enjoys sewing, reading, being outside, and spending time with her family.

Lori Hunt

Lori Hunt, LPTA

LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

Lori Hunt has been an LPTA for over 25 years, working with a wide variety of patients, all with the goal of helping them reach their optimal potential, and to give them improved quality of Life. She has been married to her husband, Chris since 1991 and has 3 wonderful children. Lori has been with Integrity for over 17 years and feels that her co-workers are an extension of her family. Lori says “I am blessed to be in this environment and hope all of our patients feel blessed after having been with us as well”. Lori Hunt’s dedication to her role as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) shines through her extensive 25-year career. 

Her unwavering commitment to helping patients achieve their maximum potential and enhance their quality of life has been a driving force in her professional journey. Outside of her career, Lori finds fulfillment in her family life, having been happily married to her husband, Chris, since 1991 and raising three wonderful children. Lori’s deep sense of belonging is evident in her 17-year tenure with Integrity, where she views her colleagues as an extension of her own family. She believes in the power of the supportive environment they create and hopes that every patient who walks through their doors feels the same sense of blessing and care that she experiences daily. Lori’s genuine passion and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset to both her workplace and the patients she serves.

Karen Anderson

Karen has worked as Integrity Therapy Group’s office Manager since its opening in August of 2004. She has worked in the field of physical therapy for over 40 years ranging from physical therapy aide, physical therapy receptionist and manager for physical therapy departments in various settings.

She has over 25 years’ experience in management of physical therapy and is versed in coding, insurance benefits, Medicare, Blue Cross guidelines and compliance. She earned a certificate in Human Resources in 2008 from University of North Alabama. 

Karen Anderson, CHRM

OFFICE MANGER

Karen has dealt extensively with workman’s compensation, case workers, and insurance adjusters. She continues to keep up to date on changes in insurance issues routinely by attending courses and seminars. Karen is married to Danny and has 3 wonderful children. She loves Alabama football and enjoys many type of crafts as a hobby, along with spending time with family and friends as much as possible She always has our patients’ best interest at heart, and is easy to talk to, and willing to help.
