What We Treat

Integrity Therapy Group provides you with the relief you deserve and gets you back to doing the things that you love

Back Pain

Back pain can be described as acute, meaning it is short-term, or chronic, meaning it is long-term. The pain you experience can be rooted in your back muscles or the bones in your spine.

Hip pain

Overuse injuries, such as tendinitis and chronic muscle strain, are common in the hips because they are constantly in use. However, the hips may also be subject to acute injuries, such as sprains, strains, and dislocation.

Shoulder pain

There are numerous reasons why someone may experience shoulder pain. And the severity can range from the temporary discomfort of a pulled muscle to the agonizing bone-on-bone friction of arthritis.

Gait abnormalities are changes in your walking and running patterns caused by irregular motions. Minor issues, such as foot problems or wearing ill-fitting shoes, can disrupt our normal gait and potentially lead to dysfunction and the development of a gait disorder.

Post Surgeries

After surgery, you may face new difficulties like struggling to stand, walk, sit, and even dress. Physical therapy is designed to address all these issues and teach you what you need to know and how you need to move after your surgery.

Dizziness may include a variety of sensations such as vertigo, imbalance, the perception of swimming or floating, and light-headedness. Vertigo is often perceived as spinning but milder forms can simply produce an abnormal sense of motion.

Neck Pain

Neck pain is most commonly caused by injury to the tissues or bone structures in the neck; however, certain degenerative conditions can also lead to neck pain.

Knee Pain

Overuse injuries, such as tendinitis and chronic muscle strain, are common in the knees because they are constantly in use. However, the knees may also be subject to acute injuries, such as sprains, strains, and dislocation.

Arm, Elbow, & Hand pain

Short-term pain in the elbow, wrist, or hand typically results from an injury, but long-term chronic pain may indicate illness or other underlying factors.

LSVT BIG FOR PARKINSON'S

LSVT BIG effectively trains improved movements for any activity, whether “small motor” tasks like buttoning a shirt or “large motor” tasks like getting up from a sofa or chair or maintaining balance while walking.

General Weakness

Weakness can cause both mobility issues and balance deficits, including difficulty getting in and out of a chair or car, difficulty standing and walking, or a feeling of overall instability.

Sports injuries

One of the most important aspects of rehabilitating a sports injury is treating it as soon as possible. Your treatment plan and duration of recovery will vary depending on how severe the injury is, your health history, and whether or not the injury requires surgical intervention.
