Greg Miles, P.T.

Greg Miles, P.T.
Greg is the owner of Integrity Therapy Group,LLC. He has been practicing physical therapy for 25 years. He received his M.S.P.T. degree from UAB in 1982. Greg has worked most of his career in the Florence area. He has received advanced education in the treatment of spine disorders with emphasis in the McKenzie approach to spinal dysfunction. He also has experience in the treatment of soft tissue disorders utilizing trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques. He has also attended conferences on ergonomics thru the Mathenson program, and studied functional capacity evaluation techniques utilizing the Isernhagen, and Blankenship approaches. He has performed on site job analyses, and taught proper materials handling techniques, and back safety for a number of years.

Karen Anderson, Office Manager
Karen has worked in physical therapy for over 27 years. She has worked as a physical therapy aide, physical therapy receptionist for physical therapy departments in various settings. She has over 10 years experience in management of physical therapy and is versed in coding, insurance benefits, Medicare, Blue Cross guidelines and compliance. Karen has dealt extensively with workman’s compensation, case workers, and insurance adjustors. She continues to keep up to date on changes in insurance issues routinely by attending courses and seminars. Karen is a member of Society of Human Resources and the Shoals chapter of the MGMA. She always has our patients’ best interest at heart, and is easy to talk to, and willing to help.
Leslie Nicholas, P.T.
Leslie graduated from the University of South Alabama with her B.S. degree in physical therapy in 1993. She is well versed in the McKenzie approach to spinal disorders, and the treatment of sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction. Leslie is also trained in the use of Pilates in the rehab environment, and has had advanced education in the treatment of ankle and foot disorders. She has studied balance deficits, and is able to assess and treat many problems associated with balance and coordination, e.g. benign vertigo, and vestibular dysfunction.
Louann Schrock, P.T.
Louann graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1996 with her B.S. degree in physical therapy. Louann has had advanced studies in the Isernhagen work systems for analysis of functional capacity assessments, as well as job analysis, and work performance. She has also studied the use of Tai Chi in the rehab setting, and utilizes these skills with a number of patient needs including benign vertigo ( the canalith repositioning maneouver), and other balance disorders.
Lori-Ann Cantu, L.P.T.A.
Lori-Ann complete her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1979 at Holliston Junior College in Holliston, Mass. Lori-Ann worked in an outpatient setting in hand rehab for 15 years in Rhode Island, and is proficient in working with various hand and upper extremity disorders. She does custom splinting for hand injuries, and has worked with upper extremity prosthetics. Lori-Ann has also studied decompression therapy for the lymphatic system, and is skilled in the use of manual lymphatic drainage, and compression wrapping to assist with management. She is qualified as a Juzo compression garment representative, able to measure and fit custom compression garments as needed. Lori-Ann has also been involved in issues related to arthritis management with joint protection, energy conservation, and appropriate exercises to assist with range-of-motion, and strength in various phases of arthritis.
